A Message from the Chef

For over 25 years, The Whisk has been bringing "slow food" to its clientele. This means you can expect the finest ingredients, prepared from scratch and presented in a way to delight your guests.

In addition to our Quality Commitment, you can also expect healthy, ecologically- friendly ingredients such as; locally grown produce whenever possible, beef raised without the use of bovine hormones, and fresh seafood raised without the use of antiboitics. We choose wild or free-ranging options when available.

Individual Filet Mignon with Sauce Bordelaise
Served on arugula mashed yukon
gold potatoes and accompanied by
sauteed multi-color swiss chard



12 Ounce Grilled Veal Chop
Served with veal demi glace, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a mélange of spring vegetables








Herb Encrusted Rack of Lamb
Served with a lamb demi glaze, accompanied by pommes anna, haricot vert & red pepper batons


Alaskan Black Cod Picholine
Filet of Alaskan black cod with picholine olives, cherry tomatoes and a roasted fennel vinaigrette. Accompanied by individual timbales of toasted Italian coucous


Grilled Filet of Halibut
Served with an asparagus-spinach cream sauce over a bed of oven roasted asparagus spears


Free Range Organic Chicken Breast
Stuffed with veal sausage & fresh spinach with glaze de pullet


Crispy Fish
Tempura coated filet of Alaskan black cod over imperial black rice, finished with a sweet & savory asian fish sauce


Tall Bone Osso Buco
Served over creamy polenta
