For over 25 years, The Whisk has been
bringing "slow food" to its clientele.
This means you can expect the finest
ingredients, prepared from scratch and
presented in a way to delight your guests.
In addition to our Quality Commitment,
you can also expect healthy, ecologically-
friendly ingredients such as; locally grown
produce whenever possible, beef raised
without the use of bovine hormones,
and fresh seafood raised without
the use of antiboitics. We choose wild
or free-ranging options when available.
